I specialize in good, fast, inexpensive photographs for realtors and homeowners wanting to sell or rent their homes.

I'm available on short notice, 7 days a week, and usually deliver the finished photos via email within 24 hours.

My fee is $110 for 15 photographs, both inside and out. Additional images can be ordered. Travel charges and key pickup/dropoff charges may apply as well.

I can also resize your images as required and upload them to MLS and your own website for a small additional charge. Other services include home staging, head shots, customized slide shows (click here for a sample). You get a link to put on your website, and I do the rest.

I have many satisfied realtor clients who have been with me for many years, and can provide references.
